This year-long program ensures that children develop communication skills, analytical thinking, and self-confidence while enjoying dynamic and challenging learning experiences.

The program runs from February to November, divided into trimester modules with one session per week (1–1.5 hours). Our methodology is practical and interactive, based on games, debates, and simulations.

Key Techniques Developed

  • PEV Technique (Point, Evidence, Link) — argue with logic
  • Role-playing — reinforce empathy and understand different perspectives
  • Improvisation games — foster quick thinking
  • Express debates — practice synthesis and clarity
  • Mirror Method — improve self-confidence and self-critique

  • Children ages 10–12
  • Adolescents ages 13–17
  • Young adults ages 16–18 and university students

Course Modules

Trimester 1: Fundamentals of Communication and Argumentation
  • Introduction to debate: what it is, why it's important, and types of debate
  • Speaking with clarity and confidence: posture, diction, volume, and rhythm
  • Speech structure: introduction, development, and conclusion
  • Basic argumentation: what is an argument? Evidence and reasoning
  • Refutation and counterarguments: how to respond to opponents
  • Improvisation exercises and quick thinking
  • Final activity: Mini-debates on simple topics
Trimester 2: Debate Techniques and Strategies
  • Debate models: Parliamentary, Karl Popper, Lincoln-Douglas
  • Persuasive language: metaphors, anecdotes, and rhetorical questions
  • Using data and reliable sources
  • Teamwork and debate roles
  • Managing nerves and pressure during debates
  • Strategies to persuade different types of audiences
  • Final activity: Team debates on current topics
Trimester 3: Critical Thinking and Deep Analysis
  • Identifying logical fallacies
  • Analyzing famous speeches and historical debates
  • The role of body language in persuasion
  • Debates in different formats: 1v1, teams, rounds
  • Adapting speech to audience and context
  • Intensive practice with group feedback
  • Final activity: Internal debate tournament
